Not very good they are happy to take your money yet very slow to respond to issues that as an owner I had to see myself no supervision for the crews which are not documented, they are sub contractors and the company blames them not my responsibility. Would look for someone different to do the work.
Fortress Foundation did a great job repairing our foundation, I would recommend this company to anyone needing Foundation repair.
Fortress did GREAT work at our house. They responded so quickly, answered every question I had, and took the engineer's report I had in hand and gave me a great bid. They were able to arrive the Following week to do the piers I needed. 1 pier on our interior was NOT NEEDED, and they shared that good news, and the price was adjusted down from their original bid. Jeff walked with me and communicated so well from beginning to end. I recommend them heartily.
Update Feb 2026— there has been no movement and our house is still not fixed nor does it meet code like it should have after the project. They’ve admitted we fell though the cracks but have been unwilling to remedy it. I had to have someone else fix a beam and they missed wood rot. We’ve had multiple engineers out to look at it, and they didn’t shim it properly nor did they excavate property so there isn’t the needed clearance under the house.
