Seth and his General Manager, Mike, will initially acknowledge the problem, then promise to look into it and call you back. They don't call back. They also will never answer the phone again, return messages, return voicemail, and completely ghost you. Seems to be a standard practice since it's not just one person doing that.

Chris and his team did a wonderful job. I found them all to be honest and professional. My doors don't stick anymore so I know my house is finally level and the job was done correctly. They did an excellent job of keeping as much dust/debris off the interior surfaces in the 2 rooms that required internal piers. I appreciate the entire crew who worked all day. Fortress Foundation Systems came highly recommended to us by a real estate agent that I trust and I am happy to give my full recommendation to them as well.

We had a great experience with Fortress Foundation. All of our questions are answered and explained well, and the pricing was laid out ahead of time. Even though our piers had to go much deeper than expected, we were informed up front what the cost differential would be. The crew spent two days at our house, and I was pleasantly surprised at how cleaned up everything looked after they left.
