Chris with Fortress Foundation Repair Systems came to my home today to give my Foundation a look and he gave me great news. He could’ve just sold me a load of work that needed to be done, but he was honest and kind and he even offered to come back out in the heat season to see if there was any movement. I can’t recommend this company enough. Chris educated me on how to prevent costly repairs in the future by giving me some great and easy tips. Chris was fast to respond, great communication and again great news.
From day one with Fortress Foundation has been great. Yesterday Mason, Matt, and Skinny came out they were on time very polite and started explaining what they were going to do. They started their work and got the job done. All three gentlemen were very understanding since I had many questions. When they were done they cleaned up helped me put a few things back. I definitely give Mason Matt and Skinny FIVE stars. The company a while was just great!!! Thank you Fortress for getting the house straight again!!!!
We recently had our foundation serviced and we are beyond pleased with the service we recieved! Jeff, Chris and Victor as well as the crew were all very professional, personable and accommodating to our request. They showed amazing respect for our home. Making sure we were comfortable before proceeding to next steps and giving us information on steps to take to better our home.
