I officially joined Fortress Fitness on October 30, 2025, and just hit my 100th class yesterday. Honestly, if you told me a year ago I’d be writing a positive review for a CrossFit-style gym, I wouldn’t have believed you. I originally tried one free class back in May 2025. I have been going to CrossFit fortress on and off for the past few years. It is a very family oriented community! The instructors work with you to get the best possible workout that fits your level. I have tried several CrossFit gyms and Fortress instructors and the people that attend the classes are very welcoming and encouraging. Y’all, this gym is FANTASTIC! I’m new to the gym and a beginner at CrossFit. The coaches care so much about fitness and making sure you are comfortable and performing the exercises correctly. The brotherhood amongst the members is also a reason I will continue to come, even if I’m sore!
Fortress Fitness is a friendly and welcoming gym. Whatever your fitness goals are, the coaches are available to help you meet them. Fortress offers a variety of classes and has a wide range of class times available. This gym promotes health and wellness as well as community, for every person that walks in the door.
