Our project was demolition of an existing deck and construction of a new, larger, screened porch and deck. We are very pleased with Fortress Construction and highly recommend them. They provided design, permitting, and construction for our project; with fair pricing, prompt service and good communication, on-time performance, and courteous crews. Fortress quickly resolved our only call-back issue with door locking. We are thoroughly enjoying our new screened porch and deck with friends, neighbors and grandchildren
Miguel is very knowledgeable about decking materials, builds, accessories and even permit nuances for different counties. He was able to navigate our HOA process and get all the permits needed so we didn't have to. His crew worked through the rain to get the deck ready for the various inspections and completed the deck sooner than we expected. They even came back afterwards to shore up some minor details that we felt were not to our liking. Overall, good experience and nice people to work with.
