I am very happy with how my deck looks, better than what I was expecting. Miguel took his time to help me decide exactly what color combination I wanted. Everyone who worked on the deck was extremely nice. Though the deck took longer to finish than what I was initially told, I am still very happy with the final result. If you want a job well done and from trust worthy people, this is who I recommend.
Miguel is very knowledgeable about decking materials, builds, accessories and even permit nuances for different counties. He was able to navigate our HOA process and get all the permits needed so we didn't have to. His crew worked through the rain to get the deck ready for the various inspections and completed the deck sooner than we expected. They even came back afterwards to shore up some minor details that we felt were not to our liking. Overall, good experience and nice people to work with.
We had a wonderful experience with Fortress Construction. Miguel and his team built us a beautiful screened in porch. From the beginning of the project, to end of the project, Miguel was so kind and responsive. Every question was answered and every detailed was addressed. He loves his work and it shows. We are extremely pleased with this project.
