Stay away! They have no idea how to run a business or treat customers!
I would not recommend this company. Their service is highly unreliable; they arrive for a few hours, then leave for extended periods of time without completing any work, often returning hours later. It took them four days to clean a roof, which is excessive. Additionally, they left debris scattered around the property and did not clean up after themselves. Fortress Coating was engaged to complete roofing works on my property. Following these works, with constant issues and now finding out that work we paid for was not completed or not done correctly, my insurance provider has refused to provide cover for the roof due to poor workmanship and non-compliance with industry standards.
Absolutely beautiful work done by Garry and team! My roof looks beautiful & will last for years. These guys are the nicest guys to deal with & will really look after you. I cant wait to get my gutters done to match!
They missed a whole side of our roof and when we told them about it they didn't respond. They also cut our tank pipes off and left them off. Then the ceiling started leaking in multiple places. 😂 Total con job.
