We reported fraud of thousands of dollars and they refused to give us our money back blaming it on “Mastercard.” Do not waste your time or money! It is NOT protected!
Fantastic bank with excellent customer service, I would highly recommend Fortress to anyone looking to have those personal interactions. They always seem to have some of the best rates for CD's and Money Markets.
