I had a 10:00 appointment, arrived at 9:50 sat in my wheelchair at the top of the ramp for 15 minutes, sign said knock once testing in process. Knocked and waited, no one came, my husband went in and told them that I was at the door and one of the ladies walked him to the back by the door, she saw that someone was being tested and said he could have a seat and wait, he told her that I was outside in a wheelchair at the door and that he would go wait with her.
