This doctor is incompetent in his field of knowledge and lacks the basic responsibilities of a Psychiatrist. I noticed his lack of empathy, and his poor communication skills immediately. I also observed that Fortner's many radical and extreme ideas frustrated and complicated the lives of multiple patients and other health care workers.
