Called about a glass replacement. The lady that answered the phone is rude. I mentioned it was a pella window "well that means nothing to me" The reason why I mentioned this is because it is impossible to find someone who services pella windows to begin with, Adding this business to the list of incompetencies. Maybe listen to the customer before shutting them down.
Great service, wonderful people! Fortman's has replaced all of the windows in my 1940's house.
Easy to get glass work done here. They're friendly and reasonable!
