I can't say enough good things about Fortius!! I was really intimidated to try it out but felt at ease from the first moment I arrived. I have taken classes with Karen and Russ and both trainers are beyond excellent. They break down the moves and provided extra guidance to me as a beginner. The atmosphere is welcoming from the moment you are greeted by the staff at the front desk until the moment you leave. I wouldn't trust anybody else to take me to the next level in sports. These guys are all experts in their field and they came together to help people as their number one priority.
