Empowering. The variety of services is great. People of all fitness levels can come and work out and not feel uncomfortable. Fitness is for everybody and Roshonda works hard at making sure everybody gets fit! I would definitely go back!
Very poorly run. Paid in advance and quit after one class owner would not give a refund. Lesson learned!
Great gym, clean, and affordable. Love this gym! The owner is great and very attentive and helpful.

Paid $250 went for 6 days of service then decided to cancel when I discovered my child was eating gold fish, juice boxes, chick fil a, and Swiss rolls as snack. Not to mention reports from my daughter of violent road rage where she would scream obscenities and laugh it off by saying "excuse my road rage". Upon cancellation, the owner demanded an extra 125.00 for a two week cancellation fee that should have been covered in the initial 250.00.
