2 x today, I have tried calling housing fortitude valley. You can't tell me both times I've called i started at 10th caller and both over and hour and only made it to 8th caller. I think something is wrong with their phones !!!!

Staff are rude they are always right your wrong they are over charging me by the 3rd of April they have over charged me by 240 dollars even though Centrelink says I'm 240 over they say I'm a hundred not everyone on Centrelink are stupid I'm 57 you say staff need respect but what about the customer where is there respect you say you record people listen for yourselves you'll see

Was a waste of my time. The resources are just not there to help people secure housing these days. The NRAS has ended, Rental security subsidy is just a few months worth of help max and I had to struggle for months to even get that. By the time it came it was too late. I'm now moving into temporary housing which is the gateway to the street.

There are No bathroom facilities in the building or area and some stuff have no welcoming manners or compassion and empathy. Wait times are also far too long, with limited to no disability accessiblity spaces. (I find this to be with all gov buildings)
