Served quickly and kindly. However, I find the layout terribly invasive and too open. Anxiety inducing. Where is the human element? People don’t want to explain their horrible situations out in the open, in front of everyone. I could hear a woman discussing domestic violence and a man explaining he and his wife were unstable etc.. sad.
I couldn't be more impressed with how I was treated. The staff so chilled & understanding. I also only waited for 20 minutes & the place was clean & comfortable. Nice one

Long waits at times as not enough staff. They are doing their best however and are caring and kind staff.
