It’s time to give some kudos to the coaching and the community they’ve built. The encouragement, accountability, and positive energy are amazing. The coaching has made a huge difference in my life, and I feel better than I have in years. The supportive community truly sets this place apart, it pushes you to be better while supporting you every step of the way. Highly recommend.

Where to begin? I’ve been a member here going on 4 years now and I can honestly say that there is absolutely no other gym I’d rather be at. Fortitude isn’t a “gym” it’s a community. I have never been a part of something where I feel more supported in my life. All the members and coaches go above and beyond to encourage and motivate each other on a daily basis. This gym makes me feel like I’m exercising with a bunch of friends. And the coaches are like personal trainers, they care for each of the members individually, on each one’s level. I’m lucky to leave close by, but there are people who drive from far to train there. Getting stronger has been a game changer in my life and I have Fortitude to thank for.
