Update to respond to owners reply: 1. I never said i had a housing voucher. I do not have a housing voucher nor have i ever. 2. never put in an application, for an application to get rejected. This was the first and last communication I had with this man. 3. I also never rejected the basement apartment. He called me asking if that was okay and i said I would like to see it. Recently saw a place, just had a few questions regarding the apt. The broker now won’t answer my calls or messages and tells me he’ll call me back after 3:30pm. I’ve waited for him at that time for the past 2 days, no call or text. He was very attentive when I first became interested and asked for the application forms and payment process. But when I had questions about the apartment, not a person in sight. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Be cautious with this company.
Very rude and unmotivated i would not recommend wasting your time here
Wayne was amazing he helped me and my daughter get an apartment in NYC which is hard to get when there are so many people bidding for these apartments. He was very professional and would use them again in the near future
