In high school, I broke my left wrist twice and I’m certain it never healed correctly. Poor range of motion, and soreness every day. Over the past 5 years I’ve been battling with overwhelming pain and discomfort. I’ve had multiple decompression surgeries, a fusion at L5-S1, and as of late had a nerve stimulator implanted to try and help with my daily pain levels. I’ve been working with Max for the past 6 months due to a torn labrum in my hip and some sciatic nerve issues. He really listens and is focused on getting to the root cause of the issue. He then comes up with a solid plan which includes strength training, stretching and manual PT. I highly recommend Max for any sports related injury. He is fantastic!
