I have been to a few group fitness gyms over the years but Lifestyle Performance has been by far my favourite! The atmosphere is so fun and supportive which makes it more motivating to attend. The coaches are amazing and push you to reach your personal goals with their broad knowledge. Since going to Lifestyle Performance, the gym has become an essential part of my day socially and physically. If I could give 10 stars I would☺️
Lifestyle Performance Mayfield is 💯 the best gym I have been to in years & it’s been a while lol . From the moment I rocked up everybody was so welcoming & friendly. Elle & Chad both chatted to me about what I wanted & I basically said I just need to get moving & if there was anything I needed to modify it was done . Having tried multiple gyms over the years in Newcastle I can honestly say LP is the best. The approach is a genuine interest in holistic health, not just smashing you hard in the gym for 45mins! The trainers are experienced in fitness, nutrition and mindset giving everything you need to achieve a balanced health lifestyle. The community at Mayfield is super welcoming, no ego's, no mirrors and just a place you want to keep coming back to!
