I was visiting BV for a few days and got the weekly pass. Very friendly, welcoming, and patient coaches given my relative inexperience with crossfit. Highly recommend if you're stopping in the area
Great structured class with insightful coaching to ensure proper form with enough juice to feel like I got a great workout in while maintaining proper technique.

Fortitude Fitness has been one of the best parts of living in BV! The coaches create a fantastic environment with their supportive attitudes, experience and knowledge, and the energy they bring to their classes. Not only is it an excellent experience physically, but the culture is so welcoming and supportive - my husband and I have made really wonderful connections by consistently coming to class. Fortitude Fitness is one of my favorite places to be!
