Fortitude Fitness and Endurance is a great place to start or continue your fitness journey. All fitness levels are welcome and workouts can be tailored to fit your goals. Frank is knowledgeable and a pro-active coach. It's been great incorporating Deka/Spartan training into my fitness journey.
Amazing Coach: From prefromance improvement for the elites, health and wellness improvement to rehabilitation he has proven results in all. Go check ✅ out . Frank trains based on individual needs and requirements at a reasonable price. I don't know where else you can get a taylored program no matter what wellness level you are at with being able to afford it and made to feel like you belong. Fortitude fitness, wellness and endurance gets an A++++++ . very hard to find.
I absolutely LOVE this gym! I’ve been to other gyms in the past and this gym is the best! I love the care and attention Frank gives us. He is able to modify movements for every level to insure everyone succeeds. The classes are small so it feels like we have our own personal trainer. Frank is knowledgeable and funny. If you are looking for a gym I would definitely recommend Fortitude Fitness! He offers a week free trial and his rates are super reasonable. Check it out!
