I had a horrible experience with ServePro in Kingsport TN it took them three months to come out and look at the water damage where my dishwasher leaked in my kitchen and went into the downstairs living room and flooded some of my carpet, ceiling, walls. Then they wouldn’t come back to fix it and didn’t have the courtesy to call me but told the State Farm claims adjuster. They said they had no one in this area to do the restoration/construction. We had a water leak from a toilet and had a huge mess with water everywhere on the floors and going through the floors under my house. Brad and his crew were on the job immediately and got all of the mess hauled away and things dried out. They worked with my insurance company to get everything lined out, to get things cleaned up, items moved, floors replaced, and walls repaired and painted. Brad Moore and his team are extremely professional and efficient. We had water damage due to a busted pipe, and he and his team came in quickly and got started drying it up. They worked hard and were very easy to talk to. They stayed in constant communication until the job was completely finished. I would recommend them to anyone with any water damage, and also for any other construction needs you have!
