I came in for an appointment today to see Adam, it was fantastic! I have been getting into running and have been having some trouble with my calves, Adam was very gentle as they were tender but also firm enough to relive the tension and provided some needling to help with knots. Adam also helped with adjustments through my spine and released a lot of tension from being seated at my desk at work. Very friendly and very polite - would highly recommend !! :)
Harold is awesome + great sense of humour. Been seeing him a couple of years now and wouldn't go anywhere else
