Anytime I’ve dealt with them they are fine but how can my power be only 30% of my power bill (which is with sponsor energy) and Fortis’s distribution charge be 45% of my bill and the rest in random fees. It is sick.
Bad service. Bad communication. Told me lies.
We needed to upgrade our electrical power from 100 Amp to 150 Apm in a very short period. The customer services and technical team were very helpful, they understood our situation and made all efforts to make it happen on time. Special thank you to a project planner Kyle Engelman for a detailed explanation of the process and quick processing of our request and to Blake the technician on site who did excellent work.
This review is for anyone who has ever been harassed by a Fortis employee the way I was in the summer of 2018, when Fortis and Epcor accused me of not paying my energy bill for an industrial bay. They had the wrong meter. Let me be loud and clear about this: they didn't even know their own equipment placement. If this ever happens to you, find me on Facebook. Apparently I'm better at troubleshooting this than Fortis. Embarrassing.
