Jen has been working with our teenaged daughter since late 2022. She has been wonderful to work with from my perspective - great communication, clear plan, convenient location, and flexible scheduling. She has been simply amazing with my daughter, who looks forward to going to speech because she knows Jen cares about her and she is seeing progress made towards her goals! Choosing Fortis Speech Therapy Services was one of the best decisions our family has ever made!
Jen is VERY knowledgeable, has great communication with us (parents) and is flexible and accommodating with schedule. She is professional, and knows just how to adapt and work with our young daughter, who has made tremendous progress in just 6 months. Excellent speech therapy services, highly recommend!
We have been working with Jennifer since 2021, my son was 3 at the time and late speech. Jennifer has been so easy to work with, she explained the steps of his treatment from the beginning to now and any questions we ever had she has answered, she’s very flexible when it comes to time and our schedules, she’s very patient and my son who is 5 now loves her he always asks when is he going to see Ms. Jen. Jennifer was awesome! My son was struggling to communicate his needs due to delayed speech and she came up with some great solutions to help bridge the gap. She worked with him on signing and making animal sounds which really helped build his confidence. Her patience, professionalism, and compassion made us feel at ease. It's clear she cares deeply about helping her clients! Highly recommend.
