The worst company I ever deal with. I bought an apartment from them a year ago. signed an Underlease agreement with following clauses: They guarantee a certain rental price that would be paid to me (the Landlord) quarterly, for the next two years. This is regardless of whether they manage to rent out the apartment or not. They as a Tenant is obliged to pay service charges during this 2 year period.
