I took my 10 year old to the gym for the first time to see what the Kickboxing/Striking class was like and see if we could spark interest for him. Coach Damon pulled him in, got him gear and made him feel like a part of the crew. He stayed and enjoyed the entire class. I stayed for the adult Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing classes afterwards as well. I would highly recommend checking out Fortis MMA for both a good workout but also great coaching from an experienced fighter.

I rarely leave reviews, but Lakeside is a gem. I cannot speak more highly of it. Damon has created not only a fitness community, but a community that supports, encourages, and shows up for one another.
