My daughter's been training here for half a year, and wow, she's improved so much! I love that they have homeschool classes, and the coaches are all super supportive and awesome. Definitely recommend for all kids and adults!
I have been to different mixed martial arts gyms and I would say by far this is my favorite. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. No drama or issues since I've joined. All levels are welcome. I have grown in skill and confidence since joining here.

Hands down the best gym I’ve trained at, coach Damon and Terrell help you strive to achieve your goals, whether it be weight loss or competition fighting, they’re always in your corner. Not to mention, the cleanest gym I’ve been to, mats are always clean.
