Didn’t let me get a word in on the phone, hung up on me, I called back and got cursed at repeatedly,
The dispatcher actually threateed to kill my family today over a text message. I had been using the company for a few months, but I will never use this company again. The drivers are great, but when someone threatens your family; there is not thing else to say. To add, like most of the reviews, I would not even give 1 star if that is helpful. I just filed a police report with the Glen Rock police because the dispatcher threatens to kill my family. I will need to go to court in order to press charges, and I plan to do so. It ... read more
They don't accept any type of payment online or on the phone. They guy on the phone was extremely rude.
It is very sad to report that after grett experiences with many of the drivers, including sending email compliments on several occasions today I encountered the dispatcher others have referred to. He screamed at at me, told me i was yelling at him when i wasn't, accused me of not having my bags when i told him they were next to me, and then repeatedly swore crudely at me, including saying he knew where I live and he would come and rape my Mother. This company doesn't even deserve a single star. I have never been treated so horribly and disrespectfully. It is as if the worker who answered the phone was intentionally trying to bankrupt the company by driving potential clients away. I simply called to make a reservation for an event and the man who answered told me to call a taxi and hung up on me.
