I found out about Fortis through the reviews, and they did not disappoint. The environment was welcoming and professional from Rozz at the front desk to Dr. Ballard who did my eval and adjustment. I’m very happy I found this place and look forward to my healing.
I’ve been coming to Fortis for a few months now and continue to be impressed. I have a very physically demanding job, so my visits are a highlight of my week. The office is very efficient, getting me in and out quick every visit! The staff is all very friendly and welcoming, from Victor at the front desk to Rozz doing intake. Rozz is very thorough and great at communicating. Doctor Shannon is incredible at what she does and always does a great job! Can’t recommend this place enough.
Dr Shannon Ballard has taken amazing care of all my chiropractic needs. Not all chiropractors practice the same techniques but, Dr Ballard has been great. And, every time I enter her practice, I’m greeted with a warm welcome & Christian music which elevates the whole experience. I’m so grateful for her & her staff!
