20 years of various doctors "guessing" at what could be the cause of my issues. Throwing medications at me left and right that would leave me worse off than when I began. The appointment was over very quickly. She was quite sharp with me, and deemed me unstable upon entrance. She diagnosed me with Bipolar and PMDD, without knowledge of my menstrual cycle or knowing me longer than one appointment. I have since gone on to get help with an autism spectrum diagnosis and have psychogenic seizures/depression. My care began here in 2023 after discovering my therapist through Headway. Overall, the long-distance care I’ve received here has been wonderful! The Fortis office has handled communication and billing in a very flexible manner. Bettering oneself is a learning experience, especially navigating it through a glass screen, but the staff has made it a breeze. My mental health journey has flourished over the last couple of years, and I look forward to continued care and growth in the future.
