By far the best auto parts store around. Our shop uses them as number 1 call. Deliveries are fast, pricing is excellent, counter people are knowledgeable and their salesman Rick is unbeatable. I highly recommend Fortin's for all your automotive needs, for both personal and business.
I deal with Chilliwack store... great staff to work with. Most are very knowledgeable and actually want to help you. They are my go to store for most automotive and hardware. Good inventory as well.

Had to wait and be put on hold for one darn simple question. Before you ask a customer, if they'd prefer to be put on hold or not, why dont you find out what their inquiry is then strategically communicate with them. If it's a simple inquiry then respond promptly. If not, ask them to call back in a few minutes or if the customer doesn't mind, take down their contact information to call the customer back.
