Had to wait and be put on hold for one darn simple question. Before you ask a customer, if they'd prefer to be put on hold or not, why dont you find out what their inquiry is then strategically communicate with them. If it's a simple inquiry then respond promptly. If not, ask them to call back in a few minutes or if the customer doesn't mind, take down their contact information to call the customer back. Fortin's is usually my go-to place for parts, hardware, and machining. I prefer to give my business to locals, and Jeff had always been a pleasant guy to buy from and work for. However, with the engine shop gone, I guess I have to find somewhere else. I'm going to miss Fortin's Engines.
Looking for a specific hardware nut and was recommended to this store. Helpful staff! They even added my products to a bag without charging!
