I found Fortify by doing a Google search for local gyms to my area. They had a 3 free day pass and after day 1 I fell in love with the atmosphere, the members, the trainers and the amazing workouts. I always feel better when I walk out of Fortify! It was exactly what I was looking for and even after a short time it feels like a second home to me.
Jeff at Fortify Training is an amazing personal coach. I've enjoyed working with him for the past few months. He's fun to work with and also knows how to push you to your limits. The equipment and overall facilities at Fortify Training are great too.
