I recently started coming to Fortify after moving from Minneapolis to Waunakee. I’d been doing CrossFit for years and hoped to find another gym family in Wisconsin. I’m glad that Fortify focuses on community building and creating a supportive environment for its members. It celebrates the small wins just as much as the big ones. All abilities are welcomed and workouts are adjusted so you never feel like you can’t do it. Plus the coaches actually know your name and support you on your individual fitness journey.
Absolutely love Fortify Fitness! It's the first gym I've found that genuinely feels like a tight-knit community that's welcoming, supportive, and full of good energy. For the first time ever, I'm actually looking forward to workouts instead of dreading them. Highly recommend giving this place a try; you'll feel right at home!
I’ve been to 10+ CrossFit gyms and Fortify ranks at the top for me. The entire program is managed extremely well. It’s not an afterthought or a part-time gig, it’s a business with happy and well trained coaches, a reward and recognition system in place for members when they achieve milestones, a community of friends who workout together, and so much more.
