I am writing to express my immense frustration with the ongoing delays and issues l've experienced. We've faced lumber issues such as multiple warped posts, which should not have been sold. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, Ben has not responded regarding replacements or solutions. When we confronted him in person, he was condescending and unhelpful, refusing to work towards a resolution.
