I’ve used Fortify for all of my materials on metal roof installs. Great staff, Chris Moore is as good of a sales rep as one could ask for! I’ll send him a material list and have a quote back within the hour! I’ve had several dealings with Doug as well, and this place couldn’t be managed by a better person! Thank y’all for everything!

Bought 20x30 shop package, contractor & crew arrive to build, but no specs. Call Doug, he says "specs are provided only with entire package purchase" Doug, this IS an entire package. "sales guy on vaca, wait til he gets back" Can admin get on computer? "Admin in another state" Do they have phones, Doug? "I'll see if I can get someone on the phone" Doug eventually sent spec's for an entirely different package, so crew is struggling to IMAGINE our build.
