Being at a new property I have had the pleasure of getting to work with a few employees and everyone had been professional, knowledgeable and kind. Gabriele, Chris and Melody and phenomenal
Dylan and Cooper were sent to Accentcare to install our badge readers. They were very professional and were very respectful of our staff. Only issue found is that there was a hole made in a wall next to one of our supply rooms. They even took out the boxes to the dumpster at the building.
Jamie and Dylan were awesome! They were patient and made sure our customers were taken care of while they worked on our gate. Couldn’t ask for better customer service! Thanks guys!
The technician that came out, Cooper, was able to come and fix our striker lock extremely fast. He was very nice and professional and very knowledgeable on the product and issue even though his company did not provide the original lock. Highly recommend!
Dylan and Cooper were awesome with the services they provided here at our Roanoke Store. Very thorough and friendly and informative. Highly recommend!
