The new roof is beautiful...My entire experience with Fortified Roofing was flawless. From the sales visit to the actual day of install was worriless. The team arrived as promised at 7 a.m. and worked tirelessly the entire day. My roof was removed and all damaged wood replaced. A new type of membrane was used along with the GAF shingles. This roofing company is the best!! The rep does not pressure you to sign with them and doesn’t lie about you needing a new roof when you don’t. They are honest good people and use great quality supplies. The roofing job was done fast and with a kind and courteous team of skilled workers. The team from Fortified Roofing just completed installing a new roof on my home yesterday. This team led by Juan and closely worked with Drew and John truly demonstrated ‘Customer Focused Service’ as I have not seen in years. I chose Fortified Roofing because this is a large volume business with lots of experience. Everyone was professional, experienced and courteous. The job was done on time. The only reason I did not rate as a 5 is because I do not have long term followup yet but I have every reason to expect a leak free roof for many years with prompt repair should anything happen. The guarantee offered by Fortified is excellent. I recommend Fortified without reservation.
