Our water heater broke. It was very old, and was already there when we purchased our rental. Called these guys and they came the same day, replaced the water heater and we had hot water again by the end of the day. Service was quick, the price was reasonable. Highly recommend!
I’ve used Fortified Plumbing in the past, and both times they’ve been incredibly reasonably priced compared to other quotes I’ve gotten. They show up when they say they will, and they do quality work. This time, Brandon came out. He was about finished, but he noticed an issue with their tool and wanted to redo the valves to make sure it wouldn’t be an issue. I own a fitness facility and we had our main sewer drain fail and were desperate to get someone to come in and get it fixed. Eric came out himself to my facility within an hour and had a quote, plan, and timeline together within minutes. Fortified came out the next day with a crew in the snow and ice and dug up our line, replaced the line, and had us back running in under 48 hours. I had Fortified Plumbing replace an outdoor faucet at my home 7 months ago, and they charged $395 for the job. I was told the work came with a 1-year warranty, which gave me peace of mind at the time. However, the faucet recently broke, and when I contacted them to address the issue under warranty, they refused to honor it. They claimed the warranty was void because I left a flex garden hose attached to the faucet.
