Last Friday, I realized that my 2nd floor toilet was leaking into my first floor bathroom. I spoke with Jeffery at Fortified plumbing who had someone out within a day or two. Shane assessed the situation and also gave me advice about my cold water shutoff. Had a sump pump replaced and a bath tub faucet. I talked to Eric over the phone he gave me a verbal estimate and confirmed a date when the job could be done. First day they missed the appointment time because the guy coming to do the job though he was coming to provide a quote only and wanted to do that over the phone but I told him I was told they would be here to take care of the job. Where do I start with my experience with Fortified Plumbing. On July 3rd, I called them out to snake a drain due to a clog in my main sewer line. I figured because they were local and had fantastic reviews, they would be reliable. The gentleman who came out to snake the drain was extremely respectful and a pleasure to deal with. Our water heater broke. It was very old, and was already there when we purchased our rental. Called these guys and they came the same day, replaced the water heater and we had hot water again by the end of the day. Service was quick, the price was reasonable. Highly recommend!
