My husband and I both worked with Izzie to rehab old injuries, and then we worked with her to increase mobility and strength! We both had a great experience and still use many of her training tools for daily maintenance. I have recommended her to many friends and will continue to!!
My daughter has been working with Jacob for a couple months now and we have seen a huge improvement with her swing and technique. Jacob is very friendly and can really speak to her in a way that she can easily pick things up. His knowledge of the game and swing is very impressive. I would highly recommend Fortefied Performance to anyone looking to advance in the game of golf. Both mentally and physically. Definitely a 5 star place. Would recommend Izzie to any athlete or former athlete in and around the Waco area. For context, I have multiple herniated discs in my lower back and in my neck area, from lifting, grappling and golfing. The pain was unbearable and was considering surgery.
