This Fortified Fitness CrossFit gym is truly an A+ place to work out. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping you improve, no matter your fitness level. It’s more than just a gym, it’s a place where you feel pushed, supported, and part of something great. Highly recommend!
I first went to Fortified because a friend recommended it. The coaches are amazing and great at working with you to scale and adjust movements as needed, without sacrificing the quality of the class/workout. (There are athletes that range from competitor status to 80+) I am a big fan of the amount of classes and times they have to offer. The best gym I’ve been to, hands down. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable who are genuinely interested in health and development and help promote your own progressions. The facility is great, very spacious and not claustrophobic. Great and fun community events. I’ve spent many hours on the floor of this gym and would recommend it to anyone at any level of fitness.
Since i joined the box i have enjoyed it very much! The coaches are great! They always help me adjust the routine to my needs. I wish every woman over 50 could come and try one class and i promise they will not leave!
Best coaching and volume of equipment I’ve ever seen in a CrossFit box. Awesome community
