Horrible experience with them - the loan went through fine until a few weeks ago when I found out they had not put my property back into my Trust which I was told was "an easy thing to do". The company which did the actual filing of the paperwork, asked Forthright if the property should go back into the Trust (easy fix) and Forthright told them no, without consulting me. I can't even think about the difficulty my family would have had if I had died without realizing the Trust was not in effect on my property. I tried to work... read more
