I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the nurses on the gynaecology ward for the excellent care I received. Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and for making a difficult experience much easier.
Having spent 8 days in hospital for a shattered ankle and leg I can honestly say these lady's and gents are more than doctors and nurses they do daily a job I could never even attempt they are saintsits a huge thanks from myself and my family to u our beautiful NHS
Been trying all morning to get through to clinical assessment unit to get an update on my mum who went there in an ambulance yesterday... they keep hanging up it is disgusting that they can do this leaving family not knowing what is happening. I have literally been trying since 9am this morning and it is now 12.40.. incompetent and unprofessional!
