I am registered with Bannockburn branch. I have to say that the male receptionist (B) is the worst and most unhelpful receptionist I have ever come across. Unfortunately, I spoke to him on 3 different occasions and he is the most unhelpful person ever. How are all appointments gone when I was number 7 and number 8 and number 5 in the queue first thing in the morning? Are you joking? Got to say that when you really need help, they are there for you. I just hate the whole 8.30 phone call queue drama.
Probably the worst gp I’ve ever had, made an urgent appointment which lasted about 2 minutes, no regards to the patients feelings and told to make another appointment in two weeks with someone else. What’s the point of having an urgent appointment when they tell you to make another appointment in two weeks and they don’t even help when it’s urgent? The worse practice I’ve ever been to, better to go private or to change to a different one. Waste of time.
I thought this practice was getting better, great what thought does! On my last visit to a nurse practitioner I was asked to phone up at the beginning of Feb to put on appointments for blood three weeks later and to be followed by an appointment with the nurse practitioner. If only things could be that simple. Got the appointment for the bloods, sorry no can do for the nurse appointment. Phone up in two weeks time ...phoned the following week...phone in two weeks time!
