This has been a nightmare working with Fortes. First, I had to wait over a month for my appointment for my repair. I was referred by Mercury Insurance. Could not have been a better experience. Polite and efficient on the intake. Did exactly what they said they would. Handled everything with insurance and took care of my 2007 Hylander like it was a new car. Work was done when promised with no up charges and they cleaned and detailed the car after the work. I was especially impressed that they fixed the window trim I had put on wrong that was not part of the quote without being asked and they did not charge or mention it - just fixed it. D... read more
