Has anyone used ComfyEyewear.com? Apparently this address is Forte Optical but it's supposed to be Comfy Eyewear......?..... WTH is going on? I just wanted the puzzle pieces to fit together. So far nothing really makes sense. Any y'all got answers?
AVOID this place. Ordered on Dec 30. Took a week for them ask for a copy of the script... why not ask right away during order? Then, today (1/13) I follow up on order. Told it will ship this week. During that conversation, they "got a message" from the vendor that the frames are not available? Really? How can you tell me you are shipping this week with no frames? This place is a total fraud in my opinion. I canceled the order and filed a CC dispute. Don't buy here... you will waste your time and effort.
