I just got my unit at Chroma in Port Moody from Forte Living, and I’m really happy with it. Omid, the construction manager, has been super helpful and responsive throughout. The location is fantastic, the unit layout is smart and functional, and I love the high ceilings which make it feel so spacious. The patio is a great size, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Just purchased and moved into one of their condo buildings (Port Moody). The unit was below standard in the delivery of finishes and quality control. Messy caulking, scratched cabinets, missing towel bar, poorly fit backsplash, etc. The dishwasher was not even connected to power, the patio door was bent and had to be forced to close, the range hood didn’t operate, the washing machine had a crushed drain under the foot of the unit, the doors with card access generally do not positively close, leaving you without proper securi... read more
