Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Sometimes, but not always Were the staff members able to answer your questions? The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Was this cardiologist friendly? Extremely Friendly Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait forever. Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Would you recommend this provider to others? Yes Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this cardiologist's office? They were average Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
