I've been with the Clinic since they have started, 2019. I was sick with vertigo, and for many months, they staff at the clinic told me it would go away. It didn't, it got so severe i couldn't leave my house and had to quit my job. I suffered in agony for an entire year and a half before they scheduled one physical therapy session. I’ve been trying to call to get an appointment and it seems I can never get through to anyone and I can’t even leave a voicemail so I decided to go in person to schedule an appointment. When I showed up I figured out why they never answer the phone. They only have one girl working the front desk and is the nurse too. When I walked in nobody was at the front desk and the phone kept ringing then the nurse comes out of a room and rushed to answer the phone then helped me right away and apologized. My doctor listened to my concerns and took the time to explain everything to me. My follow up appointments were scheduled easily. Everyone I encountered at the clinic was so helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend Forte Health!
