They open at 8 AM. You have to call them first. I got unloaded in 50 minutes.
They say there is no overnight parking, but there is a long driveway to the guard shack and there’s nobody even in the guard shack. And I saw trucks parked there overnight so anyone saying there is no overnight parking is wrong. Call number on guard shack to check in. Had 11am appointment time. Got there at 10:15. BOL'S said load was 48,000 lbs, clerk said the weight was inaccurate. Scaled at Love's a mile down the road, going by gross weight, load was closer to 35,000 lbs. Once in the dock I was loaded in about an hour.
This is a poor deviation of a cold storage you check in early by an hour and sit for hours just waiting to get a door then you sit in front of the door for hours waiting for them to decide to load you why bother with appointments if you can't honor them those wastes the drivers whole day just waiting for your staff to be loading within a reasonable amount of time
My last time to a cold storage been here 27 hours for 12 pallets. This should be illegal...
