Amazing staff that breaks down everything step by step and provides diligent and timely work. Jennifer is great!
Had a water pump installed that went bad after 2 yrs. Called and they wanted to charge to come out and said they would reimburse if they can get warranty service for the pump. Refused and asked for the receipt. Was told it was in storage and to call back later that week. Called a few weeks later and the owner called me to say they don’t keep receipts. How would they themselves get warranty service if they don’t keep receipts? Refused to assist or provide an alternative solution. Avoid this dishonest business.
