The owners of Forte, Lacho and his wife, did a wonderful job of cleaning our air ducts and provided great before (incredibly dirty) and after (super clean) photos. They were at our house for over 3 hours and very methodical. They were very tidy and careful. They are also honest, hard working people. Sadly, they told us that scammers have submitted bogus one star reviews and then demanded money to stop doing more. They verified that these reviews were not submitted by any of their customers. Forte Air Duct charged me a premium price for their services, but the results were disappointing. The technicians seemed more interested in upselling additional services than doing a thorough job. My air quality didn't improve, and I'm not convinced they did a good job. Would not recommend.
Five star service provided.I highly recommend this company.
