So I had my roof replaced 4 years ago and how i have leak. after leaving 3 messages to office, text them over two week, and called them still no repose for warranty work. DO NOT USE this Company if you think you going to get life time warranty for your roof. Life time warranty is Joke. I can't them to return phone call after 4 years. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I WISH I CAN GIVE THEM -5. They don't follow up on warranty work.
DO NOT USE TREY JOHNSON FOR ANYTHING! HE IS A STRAIGHT CON ARTIST! He sells his image of being a State Farm preferred contractor. He made promises that my siding could would be replaced due to hail damage. All he did was took all the money State Farm gave me and did not complete the work. I HAVE WARNED YOU. STAY AWAY FROM HIM!
I live in Michigan but also own a home in Evans, GA. I needed a new roof and a new deck. I hired this company long distance because of the rave reviews my insurance company gave me and because of the professional manner with which Trey of Fortay Roofing handled communication via phone and email. I highly recommend this company!!
