I will say my life WORST INVESTMENT ever!!! Buying something that is “Powered by Lamborghini” sounds very good and I expected high expectations for the price that they are selling this garbage! Machine always having issues and it’s nightmare to keep servicing and dealing with this garbage machine! I know many people that they bought it and have the same opinion. Customer service it’s probably the worst as well I ever experienced! Safe you money and buy something else this is completely wasted money over $12000
Never buy equip from this place! I purchased a $12k forager steamer and it was a lemon dead on arrival… they refuse to swap it out for a working machine and refused to honor the warranty!

My workplace uses these steamers. We use the pro and mini version and both are getting the job done. Very powerful machines that can get rid of pretty much any stains!
