I NEVER leave negative reviews. However, after spending $12,000 dollars on a Fortador steamer and it malfunctioning MANY times with no reliable customer service I have to. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS STEAMER. When you don’t take care of your customers…you get reviews like mine and the other negative reviews below mine. This Company does not make things right. I repeat…they do not make things right!!! We have had such a bad experience that we are pursuing legal action.
I will say my life WORST INVESTMENT ever!!! Buying something that is “Powered by Lamborghini” sounds very good and I expected high expectations for the price that they are selling this garbage! Machine always having issues and it’s nightmare to keep servicing and dealing with this garbage machine! I know many people that they bought it and have the same opinion. Customer service it’s probably the worst as well I ever experienced! Safe you money and buy something else this is completely wasted money over $12000
