Waited over 2 hours and had no one come talk to us or give us an update on how long it would be before a vet could see our dog. They didn’t think he was top priority. Staff were extremely rude after we asked for the dog back. So we left and We will never use this animal hospital again.
This place sucks. We spent 5 hours here in one of those tiny rooms with a sick dog. We dis not even see/talk to a REAL VET until hour 4. The tech would come by once an hour with some random excuse. I will never come back to this place again and i will NOT recommend them to anyone.
We had to bring our sweet Gizmo in over the weekend because she had a seizure at home. Dr Willbanks and Steph were very kind and compassionate about her care, discussed all options for diagnostics and were up front about the costs. Gizmo is usually very skittish at the vet and they were so calm and gentle with her. She did end up needing mild sedation to complete all the treatments but they used it only as a last result and by morning she was back to being "spicy" as they put it. This place is a true life saver. I have unfortunately brought my cat here two separate times and the vet techs and doctors are so kind and efficient. They take the time to listen about your concerns and take wonderful care of your animal in crisis. Definitely recommend!
