I was here with my sister and Fideo her 14 year old lab (and Bernadette his stuffed goose ) who had to be put down . This place was amazing ! They were so considerate and caring for our loss. I have never experienced anything like that. She even received a condolence card signed by the staff . They really made it a stress free experience. We highly recommend this place . A special Thank you to Austin for all his help and assurance during this difficult time .
My daughter and I had to bring in our eighteen year-old, beloved dog who had become gravely ill and was suffering. We interacted with four people here, including the vet, and all were so kind and caring to our dog and to us. It was such a hard time for us, but we felt support and love all around. They spoke to us with empathy and gave us clear explanations of options and recommendations. My sweet Simba was so well taken care of here! Reception ladies were very sweet and welcoming offering my toddler snacks and toys ! Dr. Willbanks was very kind, assuring, and very informative! The whole staff was awesome! I highly recommend bringing your fur babies here for emergency’s, pricing wasn’t bad at all either.
Dr. Robertson and her staff were a blessing in a very hard time! My Gucci deteriorated pretty quickly. Dr. Robertson explained everything to me and my son in layman's terms. She and her staff were so very compassionate through everything. I made the decision to have Gucci put to peace, the hardest decision to make. But her quality of life would not be the same for this beautiful pup who blessed our lives for over 10 years.
